Bathroom Remodel

Our latest project was part of a larger project that involved taking over a bedroom to add space to the master bed room and existing 6' x 6' bathroom. The house is a turn of the century four square farm house. The goal was to keep some of the traditional farm feel while adding a little contemporary rustic to keep things interesting. The cabinets are made out of rustic alder and have a 1-3/4" face frame to give an interesting depth to the doors.
The countertops are fabricated out of copper and etched and given patina to create something truly unique. The sink is a standard top mount sink that was inset to give it a modern farm sink look.

The tile is all mexican travertine on the floor behind the mirror and in the shower. The tile border is a custom creation that ties in traditional quilting patterns in a more contemporary setting. The shower also has a copper bench seat that was lightly etched and left bare to gain a natural patina with use.
In the powder room downstairs we created a vanity to match the upstairs.

Bathroom Remodel

Here we have a large bathroom remodel. The project consisted of combining a bedroom and a small bathroom to make a large bathroom. The house that we worked on is an old farm house and the owners wanted to keep a traditional feel without being "country".

The cabinets were designed and then fabricated out of alder.

In-floor heat was installed before the tile was installed.

The Cabinet-Panels on all the cabinets were made out of etched steel. We chose imagery that balanced between a traditional farm house feel and something fresh.

Master Bedroom Expansion

This master bedroom remodel is a piece of a larger project. We expanded the master bedroom by taking over part of another bedroom. We will be expanding the bathroom into what is left of the other bedroom. Part of the expansion of the master bedroom included a walk in closet. We designed and fabricated the closet cabinets. We also patched and refinished the oak flooring.

Deck Rebuild

This was a fairly straight forward deck replacement. We changed a few details so that the space was not so boxed in.

Bathroom Facelift

This was a small farm bathroom that was used and abused. We cleaned it up a little and turned it into a very clean and functional space. We used natural slate for the tile and installed in-floor heat to warm up the cold concrete basement floor.
